Job Descriptions:
- Assist in maintaining and updating all the Quality Management System (QMS) Documentation.
- Support the maintenance and improvement of Quality Management System.
- Assist in monitoring the progress or implementation and effectiveness of Quality Management System (QMS) for relevant standards such as:
a) ISO/IEC 17020: 2012 – Inspection Body
b) ISO/IEC 17025: 2017 – Laboratory
c) ISO/IEC 17065: 2012 – Product Certification
- Assist with training of quality awareness.
- Assist in keeping track on relevant quality standards, ensure compliance and preparedness for External Audit.
- Assist QA/QC Manager with Internal and External Audit.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
Requirements:
- Posses at least diploma educational level in any field of studies.
- Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Great team player and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision
